This will be a practical workshop with journaling exercises and visualisations, where we will begin to do the work together.

It doesn’t mean you won’t work, maybe you’ll even work your arse off, but you’ll be doing it from this place of alignment, which feels so good that you might even describe it as a relaxing into rather than a pushing, clawing your way to the top.
